Description:
Designed by Halsey Herreshoff and built in Canada in 1985, this boat (Dragonfly) is based in St. Ignace, MI and has always been sailed in fresh water. Only 35 Ticon boats were built, all in the mid-80s. The T-30 features a fractional rig, with a fin keel and spade rudder. She is a solid, well-built boat with a high freeboard and can easily be sailed single-handed. The Dragonfly can sleep six, has a full galley and carries 30 gallons of fresh water with a 30-gallon holding tank. Amenities and tankage make her great for extended cruising and she has spent many months exploring the North Channel of Lake Huron. She's a very dry and comfortable boat with beautiful teak woodwork and trim.
