Powered by a 5HP Nissan outboard (serviced July 2025) plus an EV inboard motor (needs simple battery wiring), Kukana offers versatility and quiet cruising. She has four new deep-cycle batteries, a fully operational electrical system, and all the comforts you need aboard electric stove, fridge, TV with Wi-Fi, Magma grill, and new custom V-berth mattress.

Spacious for her size, she sleeps four comfortably and has plenty of storage throughout. Two-year-old main and jib, VHF, Garmin GPS, and two anchors included.

$500/month slip includes access to a boathouse (workspace, A/C, laundry, showers) with optional condo amenities pool, gym, and BBQ area.
