35' Hinterhoeller Niagara 35

1980 Niagara 35 Classic designed by mark Ellis, enjoyed a production run thay spanned three decades (1978 to 1995)., live-aboard cruiser with numerus long voyages to the design credit. Nearly 200 Niagara 35"s were build by George Hinterhoeller, Though not of a conventional design leyout, the Niagara 35 was designed to be a very capable crusing vessel. Hinterhoeller"s attention to detail and solid, quality construction were well above average and Hinterhoeller-built boats have always enjoyed strong resele values. She is powered by Yanmar 40hp engine and yanmar SD 40 saildrive.

1980 Niagara 35 "Faith" has had a major refit during the years from 2007 through 2009-2019.- Harken self-tailing primaries( 1 Lewmar EVO ST 40for mainsail 2019), Harken MKIII headsail furler, harken traveler just to mentio a few. Unique interior leyout has a forward V berth that, unlike most vessels, is set up as a workshop area with storage cabinet and a workbench.Both sails in very good condition. Galley- deep steel sink, hot/cold pressure water, foot pump for raw water.. 2 burner LPG stove/oven, LPG gas detector. Refrigirator wit ice box. Hot water heater 6 gal., Dickinson LPG cabin heater. Electrical: 12DC, 120 AC- plenty of outlets, 3 deep cycle , 1 starting engine battery, 1 battery designated for Lofran windlass, 30 Amp shore power, Inverter. ELECTRONOCS: Raymarine - E 80 chartplotter, ST 60 Depth, Speed, Wind instruments, ST 6002 Autopilot. Raytheon radar, Ritchie compass. SAILS & RIGGING- Forspar " Leisure-Ocean" mainsail in boom furling system, Harken MKIII furler for headsail, Lewmar STE EVO 40 electric winch for mainsail Leisure furler, 1 Harken ST 40, 1 Harken 32.3 ST winches, Lofran electric windlass. North Sail-maisail and 140% genoa very good condition., Navtec rod rigging in good condition. Bilge pump electric/manual with auto/manual switch.
