Designed by renowned naval architect Bob Perry and manufactured in Canada, the Mirage 25 is recognized for its sturdy construction, easy handling, and spacious living area
Engine oil changed regularly
Sails: Main in fair condition, five hank-on genoas (155, 150,130, 110, and 85%) all in good condition, lightly used symmetrical spinnaker for downwind performance, whisker and spinnaker poles
Sleeps 5; V-berth, settee berths with port side pullout
Convenient galley with alcohol stove, sink, icebox, water hand pump, solar vents in v-berth and main cabin
Lighting: LED fixtures and bulbs for all navigation, foredeck, and cabin lights
Winter cover uses mast for support and modified to allow bimini frame to remain installed
Includes 2-axle trailer
2 x 110 Ah 12V AGM house batteries (2016)
All cabin cushions replaced (2020) and cockpit cushions
Kiwigrip in cockpit (2022) to renew grip
