EZ Street was purchased as project boat to help fund club's Sea Scout Ship activities.

Engine: NEW stainless steel mixing elbow, alternator, belts, oil & fuel filters (incl new air filter box), coolant & pressure cap, etc.

Standing rigging in good condition

Bottom paint & zinc in good condition

Solid sailboat - Mostly simple 'sweat equity' projects required.

To be in top condition the boat needs:

Interior cushions
Refinish exterior brightwork & interior wood & table top.
Replace aluminum black water holding tank. This is a straightforward job which would also greatly improve access to storage space behind rear partition of aft cabin (alternative - instal a composting head)
New bilge pump to be installed.
Bottom edge of transom fiberglass fill, fair & paint
Remove faux teak in cockpit & repaint all non-skid surfaces
Replace sheaves on traveler
Service winches
Sails have been given an initial cleaning but could benefit from being an extended soaked (in a non-bleach Laundry detergent or Dawn with Oxi-Clean) and washed again.
Sails are very strong (no rot) but mainsail needs an approx 2" square patch.
Clean up excessive silicone by previous owner.
Relocate incorrect bottom attachments of backstays by previous owner to correct position. Simple job.

Needs navigation equipment, as boat came with Loran C.
No wheel pilot.

Slip is not transferrable.
