Interior Galley is intact and functional. Head newly installed electric macerating, needs minor sorting. V-berth and aft cabin both functional cushions could use replacing. Saloon has been partially rebuilt and is unfinished nav station seating is blank. Good bones throughout, ready for someone to put their own stamp on it. The hard work is done.
Finishing List Mailsail has patch - works under wind (tested proven) may want to replace at some point, jib is solid. New cushions, wiring/electrical updates (all works - the solar -> charge controller -> battery -> inverter -> ac outlets can be a bit fritzy, does function 85% of the time), finish the interior, sort the head, basic engine service (works as is - needs belt replaced new one is onboard and new tube at some point that i noticed as rubbing), minor plumbing. Reccomend bottom paint at some point. Nothing structural, no soft spots (solid thick glass), nothing that stops you from sailing her today.
