Equipment:
This vessel offers a comfortable two-cabin, one-head layout with 63 of headroom and a clean, modern interior featuring a low-maintenance synthetic cabin sole and the distinctive Nauta-style cabinetry. The main salon includes a navigation station, settees, and a dinette table with two folding leaves, while ventilation and natural light are provided by opening and fixed ports and opening hatches. Climate control is provided by a CruiseAir 16,000 BTU reverse-cycle air-conditioning system with digital controls. The forward master cabin features a V-berth, and the aft guest cabin includes a full berth. The head compartment is equipped with an electric marine toilet, sink, and separate shower, and the boat is fitted with CO detectors for safety.

The galley is designed for practical cruising and includes a propane stove and oven, 12-volt front-loading refrigerator, Contour microwave, and double stainless-steel sinks with hot and cold pressurized water supplied by a 115V water heater with engine heat exchanger. Ample storage is available in the Nauta-designed cabinetry.

Navigation electronics include a Garmin 1234 multifunction display, Raymarine wheel autopilot, Raymarine ST60 TriData for speed and depth, and Raymarine ST60 wind instrumentation. Communication is handled through a Standard Horizon Matrix VHF with RAM remote at the helm, and additional equipment includes AIS, a compass, Raymarine ST60 multi display, and a 26-inch TV.

12-volt and 110-volt electrical systems, with the electrical panel upgraded in 2026. Charging is supported by a Hitachi 80-amp high-output alternator, a Mastervolt Powercharger 12/20-3 battery charger, and three Group 31 AGM batteries replaced in October 2024. Shore power is supplied through two 30-amp services with cords, and a ProWatt 600 inverter provides limited AC power when away from the dock. Interior and navigation lighting have been upgraded to LED, and several 12-volt outlets are installed.

Sail plan includes a fully battened Dacron mainsail and a 120% Dacron genoa on a Profurl roller furling system. The classic mast is fitted with a Tides Marine Strong Track for smooth mainsail handling, along with a rigid vang, traveler, backstay, whisker pole, and Windex. Sail handling is supported by Harken 40.2 self-tailing primary winches and Harken 35.2 self-tailing halyard winches, along with line clutches. The mast height is approximately 507.

Has a white hull and deck with a shoal draft of 46, making it suitable for shallow cruising areas. The companionway has been upgraded with opening doors instead of the factory drop boards. Canvas includes a blue bimini and Cadet Grey covers for the wheel, mainsail, winches, and genoa UV cover. The cockpit features a cockpit table, shower, swim platform, and lockers, while ground tackle includes a 33-pound Bruce anchor with chain and rode. A Revere four-person liferaft is included but will require re-inspection. The bottom was painted in 2023 and cleaned regularly every six weeks.

Mechanical power comes from a Yanmar 3YM30 diesel engine with approximately 390 hours, driving a three-blade fixed propeller with wheel steering & a dripless shaft seal. Systems include 12-volt and manual bilge pumps, a water separator fuel filter, and the same CruiseAir 16,000 BTU reverse-cycle air conditioning system. Tankage includes 34 gallons of fuel, 83 gallons of water, and 21 gallons of holding, all in plastic tanks.
