Description:
We've had this boat for five years. It's really easy to sail. Which was perfect because we were just learning, taking classes in Kemah. It needed a lot of TLC but that was okay. Boat maintenance is just part of being a sailor. We are selling the boat because we are moving on to chartering catamarans in the Caribbean.

Functionally the boat is in good shape.
New sheets and halyards. The mainsail is a little stretched in the belly but no rips or tears. The jib is good. The hull paint is not great and the deck has a few peeling spots. The engine starts right up and hardly uses any fuel.

It is located at Lake Palestine Marina, TX. The slip is paid for thru March 2027.
