38' Island Packet 38

Own a reputable East Coast legend! This Island Packet 38 is a solid example of the stout and robust, hand-laid fiberglass battleships that Island Packet yachts produced. Ground Tackle:

It's worth a mention that this boat is definitely in sailing-ready condition and has been coastal cruising all over Southern California for the last 2 years. She is in a live-aboard slip and new buyer might be able to keep her here if the marina approves. Island Packets are reputable and extremely strong vessels, however, there is the issue of chainplates, hence the price. These boats hold their value, and if you look at similar models on the market that do have the chainplates done, they can sell upwards of $100,000.
