Motivated structural rebuild sale 41 Formosa Ketch in Napa Valley Marina. This is a heavily overbuilt interior refit hull with major structural work already completed. I am stepping out of the project and prioritizing a fast, clean sale to someone who understands long-term bluewater rebuilds. Price is flexible for the right buyer and quick decision. This is not a cosmetic flip or lightly used project boat. It was taken down to the fiberglass hull and structurally rebuilt from the inside out with the goal of creating a stronger, longer-lasting vessel than the original construction. The entire interior was gutted and rebuilt, including: * bulkheads * floor framing and floors * furniture framing * mast step structures * rudder support structures * engine support structures All major structural components were bonded directly to the inside of the hull using fiberglass resin systems and thickened epoxy methods. The rebuild focused on strength, rigidity, rot resistance, and long-term durability rather than preserving factory layouts. Many marine plywood sections were rebuilt using laminated puzzle-fit construction techniques with thickened epoxy between all joins. Instead of relying on single large sheets that can transfer rot and flex over time, the structure distributes stress through interlocked composite sections. In many areas the rebuilt components are significantly thicker and stronger than original Formosa construction. The result is an overbuilt hull structure designed for longevity. Properly finished and maintained, this boat has the potential to outlast most production fiberglass sailboats afloat today. Additional completed work includes: * spruce masts sealed in epoxy with a beautiful gold tone finish * rudder reinforced and fully epoxy sealed * thru-hulls removed for watertight baseline integrity * partially rebuilt cabin top * enlarged head/cabin arrangement * interior headroom approximately 64 to 68 * large cabin spaces with customizable layout potential * sleeps at least 4 comfortably The boat is currently on the hard.
