34.5' Allied Seabreeze

1965 Allied Seabreeze, Hull #40

Purchased in 2023 with plans to go cruising. At this time, life is taking me in a different direction.

A lot of new cruising equipment was purchased, but never installed and will be brought and included, if desired.

She is sail-able and the engine works. She could use some work to bring her up to speed especially if long term cruising is desired. The uninstalled equipment would be a huge savings to someone willing to put in the work.

Westerbeke Four-91, 25 HP, 892 Hours
Last ran OCT 2025 before Winterization. Will need oil change before splashing.

Rigging:
To my knowledge, most of the standing rigging and chainplates were replaced within last several years.

Head: 2024, Nature's Head Composting, replaced electric macerating unit and removed 25 gal waste bladder from below V-berth.

Bottom Paint: Hull was completely scrapped and sanded in 2024. Barrier Coat and Coppercoat were applied.
Topsides Paint: Awlgrip was applied before I purchased in 2023.

Spreader Lights(Tractor Light Bulbs): Bulbs Changed 2023
Masthead Light: 2024, Marinebeam Smart LED tricolor (Anchor/Tricolor/Strobe)
VHF Antenna: 2024, Metz 206 Manta-6
Anemometer: Datamarine
Running Light: Bulb Changed in 2024

Forward Navigation Lights: 2024, Red and Green Dr.LED Festoons

Electronics:
Chart Plotter: Onwa KP-8299A, uninstalled unit in favor of handheld chartplotter but included in sale
Anemometer: Datamarine LX 3600
Speed Log: NASA Marine Clipper Duet EML-3, only transducer has been installed.
Depth Sounder: Datamarine D3001, replacing with NASA Marine Clipper Duet (In-Hull Transducer). Old unit still available and was working, but it was not visible from cockpit.
Cabin Lights: All replaced in 2024 with LEDs
Solar: 2023, Victron 75 15 MPPT Charge Controller, (2) 100W RICH SOLAR Panels - Not fixed
House Battery: 2024, (2) Trojan T-105 - 12V @ 225 Ah Lead-Acid - Water Miser Caps were installed
Start Battery: 2019(?) Onboard, but not installed. House Bank COMBINE was wired to engine as a temporary solution.
Battery Monitor: 2024, Victron BMV-712 Smart
VHF Radio: JRC VHF200

Notes:
- Mast wiring (VHF Ant. is Connected) needs to ran into the cabin and wired.
- Small soft spot on deck, PORT side of lazarette.
- PORT Seat locker has some fiberglass damage.
- Composting Head was temporarily vented through PORT dorade box, original metal vent screen still onboard.
