Ingrid 38 (45' LOA ) 1980 Full Keel Ketch , Yard built hull and deck with interior custom finish , For sale in Dry Storage at Marina San Carlos . If this ad shows she is still available. A well known solid , offshore comfortable , design . She will need time and work with a reasonable investment to restore her classic looks . As a result we are asking what we hope is a fair price for this vessel but are open to offers . We have recently become the fourth set of owners but our plans have changed for the coming season and we will now sell her "As Is ,Where Is" . Refit list may include ALL standing rigging. She needs ALL 5 through hull sea valves replacing. She has no modern electronics or instruments so the new owner will probably want to put together a preferred system, or if you're a minimalist a new echo sounder and Navionics app will suffice! Plumbing system for the galley and heads needs upgrading including a new flush or composting toilet and holding tank if needed. On the plus side of the deal is a 20 year old Westerbeke 42hp with 1200 hours , running smooth and strong . She has original diesel oven and related extra fuel tanks , we are guessing (!) you might wish to replace this with alcohol or propane stove and oven . There is a working fridge on board but again its an original and may need replacing . A recently purchased Life raft , 4 man valise, in 2022 is still within certification. We added a new Mercury outboard 3.3hp 2 stroke in February. There are many sails some too old now to be worth keeping perhaps but there is a more recent set of sails (5 ) by North which have plenty of life left in them , in a couple of cases little used.
