27' Corsair F27

1992 Corsair F-27 Hull number: CSR00288H192
2 owners
2nd owner who is now 94 years old purchased in September of 1997 and stored it covered outside until 2000 at which time it was stored inside for the next 26 years.
Infrequently used, and not used at all for last 15 years or so.

Interior:
Interior is clean, original cushions show some wear but no stains.
Galley countertop has two long cracks and one short crack in the formica top, but is clean and not stained.
All interior wood in good shape.
Table is in good shape
Comes with spare cushion and support boards to make main cabin large bed
Interior carpeting on walls all in good shape, no stains, tears or other damage
Several custom storage bags in interior
Winch handle

Exterior and hull:
Some small gelcoat dings on sides of hull and amas
Rudder has chip on trailing bottom edge and rough at bottom leading edge
Dark lexan aft companionway cover in good shape
Aft companionway has removeable wooden seat that can be used in place of full companionway cover.
Collapsible bimini top canvas in very good condition, but support piece has broken plastic part on both sides that needs replaced. In addition to the bimini, there are side curtains that attached to the deck, and bimini top to make an enclosure. Side curtains have clear nylon windows and are in like new condition.
Pop-top cover with built in netting fits over pop top, but found no way to secure to boat. It is in like new condition.
Main companionway lexan cover in good shape
All nets in good shape, no rips or visible sun degradation.

Sails and rigging:
Main is mylar, and has some wear at the clew attachment. Did not notice any delamination. Has been stored wrapped up around boom. Currently flaked and in bag.
Jib is mylar, and has some delamination spots. Stored a bit crinkled in bag. Unfolded and flaked and stored in bag now.
Spinnaker: Sobstad .75 ounce - original with boat in a sock, used once did not remove from sock to check condition, but looked good from what we could see.
Running Rigging included shown in photo all in good shape
Mainsail cover in good condition, no tears or rips found.
All stainless rigging, toggles and such seem to be in good shape, no visible issues

Electrical and Electronics:
Autohelm Sea Talk 2000 tiller autopilot works
West Marine Aries II VHF -turns on and appears to function was original to boat
Autohelm ST50 Tridata for depth and speed with separate depth and speed transducers- works
Autohelm ST50 Wind with mastop transducer display unit powers on, transducer not tested as mast needs to be up to wire and test.
Small Solarex SA-5 5 watt solar panel mounted on stern rail included

Propulsion:
Nissan outboard Engine model NS 8B - 8 hp runs

Trailer:
Pacific brand tandem axle trailer with surge brakes and bearing buddies
Trailer is in good shape, no rust or defects. Spare tire included

Other:
Bosun chair
6 fenders
4 lifejackets
Expandable boat pole
Danforth anchor with 15 of galvanized chain and 150 of 3 strand
Boarding ladder
