25' Catalina Capri 25

Ive owned Ta-Keel-La since April 2022 for recreational sailing on Clear Lake and Galveston Bay. This was my first sailboat, and Ive learned a lot over the past 4 years of ownership. Im selling because I moved and rarely get to sail anymore. She is currently at Seabrook Marina.

Ta-Keel-La could definitely use some TLC, but she is ready for the lake or the bay. Like many of these Capri 25s, the windows leak, so its not a dry boat.

The boat has not had a bottom job under my ownership, but my quarterly dive reports have always reported that the bottom paint is in good condition.

The boat could use new halyards and the two winches at the hatch need to be serviced.

I purchased the 2022 Mercury 5hp Sail Power brand new when I bought the boat, and it runs well.

Main
Spinnaker
Two genoas (I believe 120% and 140%)

All the lights work, but the wiring could be secured better. The cabin is definitely a project, but I only used it for storage. The battery is new and I will include shore power cables.

I have a clean TX title for both the boat and the motor.
