26' Cape Dory CD26

This Cape Dory 26 is an exceptionally well suited family day cruiser. This is a super sailing quality built yacht. It has a tall rig and large fore triangle, making it especially powerful to windward. The hull is in immaculate condition, no blisters, scratches or soft spots. The boat comes with a trailer.

We are the 4th owner and have had the boat since 2016.

The motor is in good shape with low hours. Oil changed annually, fuel tanks cleaned annually and lower unit cleaned and painted annually.

Hull anodes are good, thru-hull cocks are solid, and she has a dry bilge. Minor crazing on the deck but the hull is in great shape. Bilge pump is tested annually and functions as our should. Has new coat of bottom paint.

Standing rigging is in decent shape however the running rigging is probably due to be swapped out if you plan on serious cruising.

The marine head holding tank is cleaned annually.

The refrigeration works fine. Quarter berth cushions need replaced but cockpit cut are in great shape.

Steering system works well.

the teak needs a little elbow grease
