Description:
Almost immaculate interior, boat is very clean and varnish is in excellent shape. No weird smells or damages to interior.
Decks are in need of some TLC, but plenty of teak thickness so it can ( and should ) be refinished.
Engine is in top shape. Summer or 2024 we sailed 1100 miles from Washingtom to Alaska

Layout is 2 private state rooms in aft, large salon with fixed table, 7ft long pilot berth on port side behind satee, head to port fwd of the main salon, stall shower with green tiles, dry toilet. Private state room fwd.

Equipment:
all of the original electronics were from the 80s so I uninstalled them all and remodeled the area by the nav station to pave the way for new electronics.
There are no electronics on the boat right now.
