22' Catalina Capri 22

Up for sale is arguably the cleanest, fastest, and most highly optioned Capri 22 in the Pacific Northwest. This exceptional sailboat offers a rare combination of a pristine, "time-capsule" interior and a proven local racing pedigree. It has been lightly used exclusively for day sailing and occasional lake racing, resulting in zero heavy cruising wear.
We searched for years to find the perfect Capri 22, and this boat exceeded every expectation. We are reluctantly selling only because we have passed 80 years of age. Clean Oregon titles are in hand for both the hull (OR 392 ABP) and the trailer. Both registrations are current.
Hull, Storage & Care History
Pure Freshwater Use: Day-sailed exclusively on the clear waters of Elk Lake, Oregon during summer months for 11 years.
Stored covered and protected in Bend, Oregon from October to June each year (20152025), with one recent winter covered in a Eugene boat yard (2026).
Low Use: Purchased new in 2003 for the Oregon coast and rarely used, then sat virtually unused in the Puget Sound until 2015 when acquired by the current owners.
As-New "Time-Capsule" Interior
Unused Amenities: This boat has never been cruised in. The factory aluminum alcohol stove has never been lit.
Pristine Head: The onboard porta-potty has never been used.
Immaculate Cabin: Cushions and the structural V-berth layout are in practically new condition, entirely free of the dampness or wear typical of pocket cruisers.

Sails & Fractional Rigging Upgraded Genoa: Features a recently upgraded, crisp Bankss Sailing Group (Dale Waagmeester) headsail on a smooth roller furling system for effortless cockpit handling.
Main Sail: Original main sail with reefing points in good condition, featuring the prominent "C 22" logo and a matching protective canvas cover.
Performance Controls: All lines led aft to a spacious cockpit. Equipped with an adjustable backstay, boom vang, and a mid-boom mainsail traveler on an adjustable track.
