"Zoe" is a strong, custom-built German aluminum catamaran designed to be independent at sea for long periods. If you are a group of friends or a big family looking to buy a boat together, sail around the world cheaply, and sell it in a few years, this is the perfect setup. The boat is stable, safe, fast, and has enough solar and battery power to run everything without constantly needing to run engines or generators.

**General Condition & Layout**

The boat is structurally solid and mechanically ready to cross oceans. The interior needs a little work; just needs straightforward cosmetic work like varnishing, some wall coverings, and a bit of new deck paint outside to look sharp again.
Starboard Hull (Right Side): Owners cabin with a double bed, private toilet, and shower.
Port Hull (Left Side): Two double cabins that share one private toilet (no shower). Multiple s=outdoor showers on deck.
Forward Cabins: Both hulls have a separate forward cabin with a double bed and one small single bed. These two rooms have already been rebuilt with new aluminum floors and bed frames they just need wall coverings.
Main Living Area & Kitchen: Located in the middle center section. The kitchen is compact but feels very bright, open, and comfortable for cooking. It is well-ventilated, so you don't have to worry about propane gas buildup or heat buildup while baking. The dining table can also lower down to make an extra double bed. Overall, the boat sleeps 12 people comfortably 2 in settee.

**Living Onboard & Daily Comfort**
Never Feel Cramped: At 57 feet, there is massive deck space. Everyone can walk around, stretch out, and hang out in different areas so you dont get "cabin fever."
Beating the Heat: It comes with a huge sunshade that covers about 70% of the boat while at anchor. You can hang hammocks directly under it.
Easy Swimming: There are swim ladders right on the front of the boat. When you anchor in clear water, you dont have to swim all the way to the back of the boat to get back onboard.

Self-Sufficient Systems: With 1,430 watts of solar panels and a large lithium battery bank, you can run all three fridges, your Starlink internet, and the watermaker using just the sun. If it stays completely cloudy for 3 days, you can just plug in the included portable Honda generator or idle the engines for a bit. There is also a 12kg household washing machine onboard.

How It Sails & Drives
Sailing Performance: The boat is stable and moves fast, typically sailing at 50% to 70% of the actual wind speed. In a light 15-knot breeze it easily hits 8 knots, and in 20 knots of wind it easily goes over 10 knots.
Wind Limitations: It has low-maintenance mini-keels on the bottom (great for shallow water). Because of this, it doesn't sail tightly directly into the wind (about 45 degrees is its limit). But if you turn just 10 degrees away from the wind, your speed nearly doubles instantly.
Engines: It has two 38HP Nanni diesel engines that are highly efficient, burning less than 1 liter of fuel per nautical mile. The fuel tanks are on the smaller side (200 liters total), giving you a total driving range of 300 nautical miles under motor alone but this is a boat meant to be sailed anyway.

Safety Features
Strong Hull: A 2021 professional survey confirmed the metal hull is very strong and the welds are in great condition, measuring 5mm thick on the sides and a heavy 8mm on the bottom. Fresh bottom paint was just applied in February 2026.
Watertight Compartments: Built for safety with emergency collision walls. Each hull is split into 4 separate watertight compartments.
Isolated Engines: The engine rooms have their own separate doors from the outside and are completely sealed off from the living areas by thick metal walls.
