Description: |
Pitter Patter is a very nice example of this popular cruiser. She has been professionally maintained and shows light, caring use. Key features include a shoal-draft wing keel, in-mast furling main, a new genoa, new electronics, new running rigging and more. She is launched for the season and ready to sail away.
Accommodations: The interior accommodations on Pitter Patter offers a roomy two-stateroom layout, with one head, a large saloon, excellent Galley, and a functional nav desk. The varnished teak interior is clean and presents well with no evidence of damage or leaks.
Starting forward there is a large forward cabin with V-berth with a custom mattress & filler cushion, hanging locker, clothes drawers, shelving and a large overhead hatch. Next aft to port is the head compartment with shower area, marine electric toilet, vanity with cabinet above and hot and cold pressure water. Across from the head there is a four-drawer bureau with a storage/TV cabinet above.
The saloon has an L shaped settee to port that can be converted to a double berth, a single settee to starboard that also serves as a two person dinette when the table is in place, a nicely varnished bulkhead mounted dining table provides seating for 4-6 and when stored opens up the cabin floor space,
The galley is aft to port, and across to starboard is the nav station with the DC & AC electrical panels and furthest aft to starboard is the private aft cabin with a large double berth, hanging locker, shelf, opening ports and a hatch for ventilation. |
