After 15 years of ownership, I am selling my 1977 Canadian Sailcraft CS27 because health issues have made it difficult for me to continue sailing.

This is a sound, safe and excellent sailing boat that has received more than $30,000 in equipment, maintenance and improvements during our ownership. The asking price reflects my desire for one prompt, uncomplicated salenot the value of the boat and its equipment.

The equipment could be sold separately for considerably more, but I would much rather see the boat remain complete and go to someone who will enjoy sailing it.
