26' Hunter 260

Hunter 260 sailboat built in 2004 and is in great shape! Boat sails well in a variety of conditions.

H-260 lenght is 26'3" with an 8'11' beam. Boat with ballast tank full is 5,000 lbs. Boat is trailerable with 2,000 lbs. of water for ballast. It comes with a 110jib, roached mail sail, and a serviceable spinnaker. It comes with a removable pop-top cabin enclosure to make anchoring more enjoyable. In the anchor locker is a Bruce attached to 30' of chain and 150' of line. The boat carries a Danforth as a backup. The boat uses a 9.9 hp 2024 Suzuki four stroke EFI motor which is attached with an electric lift. Both the throttle and gear shift are controlled at the helm which includes wheel steering. The boat has a VHF radio, an electronic auto-pilot system (Smart Pilot X-5), depth sounder (Raymarine ST40), and an automatic bilge system. A small table is attached to the Edsen pedestal. The boat includes a convenient swim ladder and a manual lift to move a small outboard motor on and off the boat. The boat includes a full-size Bimini. Down below the V-berth can sleep two or it makes a great storage area. The boat comes with a one-burner alcohol stove, and an enclosed head with a porta-potty. The main berth is a queen size bed which runs athwart ship and has a large overhead hatch for additional air. The boat has running water in both the main cabin and head. There is a large cooler on board to handle cold items. The boat includes a galvanized trailer. Note: There is a Suzuki 2.5 hp. purchased in 2022 and an 84 roll-up West Marine PRU-3 inflatable dingy (2024) which is also available for an extra fee.
