26 NorSea Pilot House Sloop.

This is a coastal cruising sailboat in very good condition. It is comfortable in foul weather with inside steering and engine control, depth sounder, marine radio, as well as a cockpit tiller and roller furling jib. The V-berth in the bow of the boat can be augmented by a conversion of the dinette into an additional berth. The boat interior features a sink, stove, icebox and a toilet compartment. This boat has never been smoked in. It has been lovingly kept by one owner since purchased brand new, first in the San Francisco Bay Area where it was often seen all around the Bay, the Delta, and the coastal towns between Point Reyes and Monterrey before making the wonderful harbor hopping 8-day journey down the coast to its new home at the Channel Islands Harbor Marina in Ventura County in 2023. It has been professionally cleaned inside and out as well as underwater where a new sacrificial zinc was placed at the propeller and now it deserves the same loving attention from its new owner who will maintain its beauty and performance and continue the adventure.

The engine has recently been tuned-up by a professional boat mechanic. The engine mechanic has addressed internal lubrication, cleansed the 2 diesel fuel tanks and provided clean fuel, the renewed electrical cable connections at batteries and the engine starting/instrument panel, as well as replaced the engine cooling water pump ahead of apparent needs, all to serve reliable service going forward. The cockpit tiller steering is not only comfortable wheel steering inside the pilothouse, but also an electrical autopilot for hands-off steering when wished. The mast is jointed at the deck to fold down for trailering. Of her two batteries, one is new.
