Description:
1976 Allied Seawind MKII Maison Turnkey Cruiser in Paradise
Location: Isla Mujeres, Mexico great liveaboard slip available for only $300/month.
Documentation: Maison is USCG documented and holds a valid Mexican TIP that can be transferred to the new ownermaking the handover smooth and hassle-free.
Condition: Exceptionally maintained, fully equipped for bluewater voyaging, and ready to move aboard today.
Im reluctantly listing Maison in a soft market only because I need a larger boat. Shes sailed 5,000 miles with me over the past few years and has been continuously upgraded and cared for. As a marine carpenter, Ive put a huge amount of skilled work into her. She comes with a massive inventory of gear, spares, tools, charts, sextant, rigging supplies, epoxy, varnish, logs, and morefar too much to bring back to the U.S., so it all stays aboard.
If youre looking for a fully outfitted, honest, turnkey cruising sailboat to begin your Caribbean life, this is the one.

Maison is one of the cleanest, most thoroughly equipped Allied Seawind MKIIs youll findespecially at this price. She is truly turnkey and ready to take you cruising tomorrow. With the slip transferible at only $300/month in Isla Mujeres and the TIP already in place, shes perfectly positioned for an effortless start to your Caribbean adventure.
