35.8' Islander Bob Perry design Islander Freeport 36B

Perfectly outfitted to cruise anywhere and such a well maintained example of this model would be difficult to find. I purchased this boat with hopes of retiring and cruising to MX and beyond; but alas, a business opportunity distracted me. With the pullman berth and the large forward head, this is the perfect boat for a cruising couple. She sails surprisingly well for a solid cruising boat and is set up for life aboard. Universal 50hp diesle w unknown hours, was rebuilt at some point. Runs strong w no known issues besides I need to change a zinc on the water muffler. Bronze 3 blade fixed prop w dripless stuffing. Rigging was last inspected 2024 and passed all visual inspections by a surveyor.
33 gal diesle tank, 100gal fresh water. Has stove, oven, fridge and freezer. Full cockpit enclosure, dingy, w motor (motor needs carb service, these new carbs are finicky). Stove is propane w tanks mounted on stern rail. Also has a propane grill mounted on the stern rail. Has starlink, live jackets w harnesses, bosuns chair, fireplace, and more that I am sure I am missing. She is literally ready to go!
