Description:
1976 AMF Paceship PY23 sailboat, Sea Spirit, being sold as a complete package with Yamaha 9.9 HP outboard, titled sailboat trailer, complete sail inventory, cushions and additional sailing equipment.

The boat has been in our family since new but has not been actively used for approximately five years due to the owner's health. It is being sold simply because the owner no longer uses it and we would rather see someone get it back on the water than continue keeping it in storage.

The Paceship PY23 is a well-built 23-foot fiberglass masthead sloop designed by John Deknatel of C. Raymond Hunt Associates. It is a manageable trailerable sailboat suitable for day sailing, weekend cruising or as an affordable first sailboat.

The Yamaha 9.9 HP outboard ran properly when the boat was last used approximately five years ago. It has not been recently started or serviced and should be inspected and serviced before use.

Complete package. Asking $4,900 or reasonable offer.
