Description:
"The most beautiful boat on Barnegat Bay", that's what we hear every time we sail her and even when she's at home on her lift. This L. Francis Herreshoff designed Stuart Knockabout was built in 1989 - hull #3 - for her first owner by Edey & Duff. We purchased her from Ballentine's Boat Shop - the current builder - in 2015 and have LOVED sailing her! New grandchildren are more interested in motor-boating so their loss is your gain! Comfortable, fast, and an absolute joy to sail, even single handedly. "Skal" (the Swedish spelling of skoal!) has been meticulously cared for including a trip back to Cataumet, Massachusetts for a fresh hull re-paint and 10 coats of varnish on her beautiful brightwork.

There are only about 80 of these extraordinary boats in the world!

Mainsail, Jib, Genoa Jib and Spinnaker with all rigging. Custom, road-ready trailer. Custom seat cushions. Full set of pro grade life preservers. Anchor. Side mounted outboard engine bracket. All lines and rigging with extra lines never used.
