27' Catalina C27

1980 Catalina 27 sailboat with Yamaha 9.9 outboard motor (like new) and 30 hp Atomic 4 inboard (gasoline) engine (needs maintenance). This boat is in very good condition. Outboard Motor was completely tuned up in the fall and it runs great! This sailboat includes a very unique, custom captains wheel. Inside the cabin is also in great condition with many new additions. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. New outside cushions and pillows and many other extras. 

It is complete with all sails. Two batteries, brand new working head, new carpet, sink, mini fridge/freezer (lockable), microwave, flat screen TV, DVD player, VHF radio, Cd/ Ipod player with built in speakers, compass, lots of space for storage, and many other extras. Boat was Coast Guard Inspected and approved. It is complete with all safety gear including life jackets, flares, hand held horn, fire extinguishers, bilge pump, anchor, dock lines, power supply cord, and even comes with a 4 person inflatable dingy with ors. 
The sailboat is located in Redondo Beach in an awesome marina.
