Retiring after 30 years of adventurous boating and wonderful memories, we are selling our CANDL to good hands. This racer/cruiser sailboat is in immaculate condition and fully retrofitted with the latest in navigation, wind electronics and comforts from stem to stern.

Long lasting quality and reliability was always foremost in our mind. The CANDL is now better equipped when she was built in Montreal in 1983. The engine has been replaced in 2009 with a new fresh water cooled Yanmar 3YM30 diesel. With this power, combined with the MaxiProp, she cruises easily between 6.5 - 7 kts and will get you safely to your destination quickly at any sea. You are always protected from the elements under the large bimini and dodger, covering the entire cockpit. Under sail the CANDL will cut through the water like a racer and can easily be controlled single handedly from the cockpit. She is the perfect sailboat for the novice or expert alike. She has a roomy interior layout, sleeps 6, has plenty of storage and the memory foam cushions in the V-berth assure the ultimate sleeping experience. A compact galley, with refrigeration and hot and cold water will let you prepare your culinary delights. The head comes with a hot shower. The CANDL is equipped with large holding tanks for septic and fresh water. The new 10’ dinghy and 6 HP Tohatsu 4 stroke outboard is supported by a Davit mounted to the stern, giving you extra cruising speed.

The purchase price includes a Point Roberts 40’ slip moorage until March 2014.
