-Hull underbody sanded, with barrier coat and VC-17 used every year
-All exterior teak refinished and coated with Epiphanes high gloss varnish
-atomic 4 gas- Engine runs perfectly, very well maintained
-brand new (2013) 12 gallon Moeller model 8978439 perm. below deck gas tank, fuel fill and supply lines and filters with gas/water separator. Gas treated with Stabil ethanol formula and Seafoam. Oil changed twice per year.

-This winters storage paid, boat is on cradle, tarped, and safely put to bed for winter:)
