Prindle 18-2 is a light weight high performance racing catamaran designed for a racing crew of 2 adults. This catamaran is similar to the Nacra line of catamarans and were both manufactured by the same company. This Prindle catamaran is a much more high performance catamaran than a more recreational Hobie catamaran. Includes a black 1991 Shorelander catamaran trailer with 2 sail storage tubes and secure mast attachment. Includes harnesses for 3 people. Include 2 sail storage bags. Very fast boat. Still sails great. Just last week on White Bear Lake, I had 10 mile an hour winds and had one of the hauls fully out of the water by 3 feet about 15 times.
Sailboat was in storage for 10 years. Sails are in excellent condition. Mylar main sail is not faded and still bright blue, red and white. NADA Boat Guide lists its value at $6,495
