22' Catalina 22 Sport

For sale is a 2011 Catalina 22 Sport. Great family cruiser and racer with swing keel which provides great sailing flexibility in the Charleston Harbor. Draws only 1.5' with keel/rudder up. 5' with Keel down. Great condition. Very loved!!! Washed after every use. Hull cleaned and inspected by divers monthly (bi-weekly in summer). Bottom repainted in 2013. Comes with Suzuki DF6 (6hp outboard) with less than 50 hours run time on it. Also comes with main sail, 110% furling genoa, Magma charcoal grill, electronic depth finder, DC/AC converter, 2 anchors, fenders, cooler, safety equipment (flares, fire extinguisher, life jackets), and portable toilet. All aspects of boat in great condition: hull, sails, rigging. Boat is in the water and no trailer is included. Happy to take potential buyers out for test sail.
