This ‘fresh water’ Ericson 26 is a high quality production yacht with standing headroom and sleeping accommodations for five. Below decks amenities include a Universal M-12 diesel engine, galley and private marine head. This is a well maintained sturdy cruiser ready for any experienced sailor ready to ‘downsize’ or a perfect first boat for someone just starting out. Special cabin features include galley and head electric pump faucet sinks, a huge amount or storage areas plus a table for six, 110 volt ac outlet, two way radio, marine stereo and eight independent cabin lights. This boat features a fixed 4’ 11” fixed keel and stores on its cradle. Sailing equipment includes mainsail with two reefing rows, 110° and 140° jibs, Sunbrella UV covers for all sails, winches and wheel pedestal, Harken furler; Lewmar self tailing 2 speed winches, companionway, fold- up transom ladder, hatches, grab rails, halyard winches, closed cell cockpit seat cushions and danforth anchor w/chain/line. Raymarine multifunction displays (speed/depth/trip) were installed in 2010. All fixed and running rigging is complete and heavy duty typical on all Ericson sailboats.
