Description:
Partial restoration of an older Dyer Dhow 12 1/2, Rub rail replaced with steam bent white oak using copper nails and roves. Center and forwa d seats replaced with stained and varnished white oak. New running rigging and the main and jib are in good condition their age. The old mainsheet fiber cam cleat was replaced with a rotating Harken Carbo cam with a fairlead and bullseye.. It is mounted to the centerboard trunk cap and is fairly flush to centerboard trunk limiting snagging. Most chrome has been removed from the old plated bronze fittings. Oars and oarlocks are included. The hull was faired using West System products but the resulting skeg is fully functional not a perfect restoration. The aluminum two piece mast and boom were primed with an etching primer and hand painted white which improves the overall look. It is easily driven by a small outboard. Pictures to follow.

Equipment:
If you want an outboard I have a motor from another boat. It is a Tohatsu 3.5 hp that has seen very little use so it is virtually new except for a scrape on the cover. You can have it for an additional $700 if I haven't already sold it separately.
