center cockpit walkthrough cabin. She survived irma with NO damage, she is relly a solid boat!!! Didnt take on water at all!! she needs a lot of work but has loads of potential. totally sailable as is and has a good running perkins 62hp engine, 4.154. with many recent major repairs. new steering components, no leaks, most inside systems work, gen does run but doesn't generate power, i disconnected the diesel from it for safety, i do have a video of it running, The front upper deck has soft spots but no structure compromised, also teak covered floors inside need repairs, previous water damage, ive owned her for just one 1 year now. Ive spent near 20k on repairs and upgrades, ive done LOADS of work to this boat, had intentions on sailing away, that changed recently. Also has new heads , one manual and one electric, new water pumps and new portholes lenses, rear port holes are stainless, new led light bulbs etc etc etc. She needs new ropes and sheets, all origonal, she is near original so just about everything needs updated on her, she has NO electronics, no gps, no depth sounder no radar etc. She does have a working vhf radio. just call for more info and all your questions . she will start and run fine , sail her away! 727 564 295eight good title , registered as antique, NO TRADES cash only.$15000
