30' Island Packet Sloop

Rare and beautiful, this sloop is first production Island Packet, 1980. One owner for 37 years, have original blueprints, and all work manuals for equipment. Beam is 10.6' draft is 2.4', waterline length 26', great for the FL waters and Bahamas.

- Interior is very clean with fresh paint and varnish, finishing off fresh topside paint now. Custom radar arch with built in dingy davits, complete canvas and Isen glass for cockpit. Great sails with extra set, fresh tile in the galley, factory built-in icebox.

- This boat was locally sailed, has never had a thru-hull toilet system and has been reconfigured for a composting toilet. No cookstove has ever been installed. Cushions have been re-covered in drapery material, clean but its not sunbrella.

- Front deck had soft spots but have been repaired with Injectadeck and epoxy. Centerboard removed 15 years ago.

- ENGINE: Kubota 2 cylinder diesel, diesel with great access. Always maintained and in excellent shape. Complete complete filter systems.
