Description:

It's 30 feet but has the interior space and speed of a 40 foot boat. An amazing flat sailing catamaran! The Gemini is a great design in that with a 14' beam, it can fit in a standard slip. It has daggerboards for better upwind performance and the rudders can be manually raised. It can maneuver in very shallow water and anchor very close to shore or even be beached. The draft with the boards and rudder up is 18 inches and with them down is 5 feet. Previous owner sailed it to Baja, Mexico a couple of times! I really love the boat, but unfortunately will have to move soon, so I have no choice but to sell.

VHF and windlass need antenna/wiring replacement. It's generally in good cruising and running conditions, but is not a cosmetic gem.

NOTE: In the master bedroom photo, it shows hatches, but those have been removed with the replacement of the windows.

Equipment:

- There are 3 cabins with a queen size bed in the master stateroom and room for doubles in the other 2.
- 2018 30 HP Evinrude outboard motor. Bought it new in August, 2018 and has very low hours. Fantastic motor. Bought it for $5k.
- Installed a new Raritan Electro Scan a couple of months ago. Youll never have to get a pump out for a black water tank again! The device will treat black water and legally dump it out in the water!
- Installed 6 new windows in the past 6 months
- Electronics are powered using solar panels. Battery is also charged from the motors alternator.
- Brand new 90A 12V battery
- Autopilot
- GPS/chart-plotter
- Installed a new sound system with bluetooth, with two new speakers in the cockpit

- Rudders are in good shape and steer well
- Hull is in good shape. Last bottom paint was September 2017. Last bottom cleaning was a couple of weeks ago.
- Two 30 gallon fresh water tanks
- Theres probably 20-30 gallon worth of portable gas tanks
