45' Lagoon 450

This has been privately and captained owned from day one (we are the third owners and there is absolutely no hurricane damage as it was not near those locations). This loaded, four cabin with two additional crew quarters in the bow is the lowest priced Lagoon 450 in North America and sits in the NYC area. US Coast Guard Documented with an independent SAMS survey just completed in January 2019 with all noted deficiencies remedied or in process.
