- Generator installed (1000-hours logged time);

- New standing rigging and completely refurbished aluminum Mast to highest standards of refinish;

- Electrical System Upgrades;

- Water System Upgrades;
Numerous other upgrades completed by a marine surveyor.

Decks were refinished 12 years ago.

Boat Essentially Needs a Cosmetic Refit:

- Pilothouse cabin window's need to be replaced;

- Haul-out for bottom painting due (which is being diver maintained);

- Pilothouse cabin needs to be painted;

- Exterior teak cap rails and cabin top trim moldings need to be renewed.

Most of the cabin interior reflects good condition, though some refinishing is needed.

Optional Purchase with sailboat: 2016 Robalo tender with 90-hp outboard (warranty through 2021)
