A truly awesome sailboat. Well loved and used regularly. 3rd owner. Yanmar 2gm with 2 batteries. ICOM VHF. Origo gimballed 2 burner alcohol stove. BBQ in cockpit. Some LED lighting..some conventional. Automatic Bilge pump. 85 gallons fresh water storage 35 gallon fuel tank. Cockpit engine access and under companion way. Pedestal wheel steering with 4" compass. Raytheon Autohelm autopilot and depth sounder. Bow Pulpit, stern rail and lifelines. Anchor locker with 45 lb Danforth. 2 Lewmar 8 Halyard winches, Midship mainsheet traveller, 2 Sheet winches are Lewmar 25 (2-speed) 1 Lewmar 25 Mainsheet winch (2 speed) 5 berths with drop down table and TV, Enclosed Head compartment with Sink, Toilet and holding tank. 2 Hanging lockers. Sail inventory 150 Genoa, 130 Genoa, Storm jib, Assymetrical spinnaker with telescoping whisker pole. 2 hatches with new lexan THICK glass. Fresh sanding and Cetol on most of the deck teak. Standing rigging in great shape. Running rigging mostly new. Ablative bottom job in 2016. Yanmar 2gm is still shiny...runs great and sips the fuel slow. This boat is ready to sail today.
