30' Catalina C30

The Catalina C 30 is a great sailing vessel. With her 5 foot draft she is perfectly suited for sailing in south Florida. She had been well-kept and comes with the main sail and two different size sails for the roller furling up front.

Last year we upgraded the Raw water cooled 12 hp diesel to a 14 hp fresh water cooled Universal Kabota diesel.
As you step down the ladder to the cabin below there is a galley on the left with a two burner alcohol stove and a cooler box thats powered by 12v/110v refrigeration unit that keep beer at 32. There is also a round Magma gas grill that can be mounted on the rail.
To the right there is a navigation station where the AM/FM CD player is located as well as the VHF radio and all of the electrical switches. Underneath it is the battery bank of two batteries and two battery chargers. To the Stern and underneath the cockpit is a quarter berth for sleeping.
As you move forward on the left is a large sattea with the table that can be taken off the wall and mounted for dinning and falls down to make another double sleeping berth.
On the right is another bench seat as you move forward just passed the bulkhead on the port side is a head and shower. As you move all the way forward there is a V birth that fits two people for sleeping.
All of the boat cushions were re-done last year with Sunbrella bottoms and leather backs. She also has a wheel mounted auto pilot.
