1996 Beneteau 44' "Fulfillment" - Fully loaded! Yanmar inboard diesel, knot, depth, wind, swom ladder, water maker, generator, auto pilot, radar, windlass, electric winches all the way around, Neil Pride roller furling jib, Neil Pride main, in mast furling. Bottom job with barrier coat will be included in price. Launch on Oologah Lake or transport to and launch at Port of Catoosa will be included in price. We have all the cushions stored indoors; they're in pretty good shape. They're hunter green. Don't know if the watermaker works. Solar panel was damaged when they took the boat apart (got cracked).
Dodger: There is canvas, most of the enson glass needs repaired. Bimini: yes. A/C & Heat: Yes. Anchor: We'll throw in an anchor. Dingy: No, but we could make you a deal on one (Walker Bay). Davit: Welded to stern rail all in one piece, stored separately. Extra/spare parts: There is a whole box of spare odds and ends for the motor. Prop: Not currently, but had a 3 blade. Keel & bottom have been refurbished. Sails are being refurbished right now. All fiberglass work is done. Ready for keel to be put back on. Just haven't done it yet b/c keel may be taken off for shipping. Our FM has done a walk through of what it needs, but he hasn't done those things yet b/c the price of the boat will go up. Needs a set of batteries, few breakers need replaced. Valve gaskets on heads(commodes) might need replaced b/c it's been dry for a long period of time. |
