30ft Fales Navigator Wheelhouse motorsailer Motor is out of boat. We removed motor for rebuild. it will be up to new buyers to rebuild repower or access quotes of your choice. We were going to do the rebuild ourselves when we had to relocate. Amazing boat for 30 feet. spacious rambling interior! Windows all open in wheelhouse and are in great dry working order, no leaks. having the choice at inside steering keeps you protected from the heat biting bugs, the cold the rain the wind, making your travels so comfortable. Head sail in very good condition included to be refitted. This boat is only a project boat that will require a month or 2 at most of getting her ready for water. the hull is solid through and through the decks are hard and no soft spots. fiberglass hull decks and fiberglass wheelhouse.
Pop a nice new engine in her and you will have an incredible pocket cruisers inside steering station large vberth large salon and long galley. Head has new lines and new head, new shower and taps and sink. It is not really a project boat in my opinion it is a leak free solid boat that needs an engine. comes with new fuel tank. and new water tanks. The taps are all in place and in 100 percent working order as is the new head. The tank just needs to be attached to water lines and water lines attached to the existing taps.
