"Jancris" is a 1983 Mikado 56 Ketch. Cutter rigged. it is a twice, round-world vessel, and an ocean race winner as well. Cruised around the world in 1993, again circumnavigated 1998-2000, where the vessel finished third in the Millennium Odyssey Round the World Race, after completing 25,000 miles in 18 months.. Huge aft salon, Crew quarters, Owner's suite, Four sepperate guest cabins. Full galley. 57 feet of world class sailing yacht known in every harbor of the Meddeterannian, the Aegean, and the Atlantic. The vessel under current ownership participated in an Arctic study the effects of global warming. "Jancris" is a vessel owned by a noted cruising sailor and author/journalist , Alfredo Giacon, and his wife, Nicoletta Siviero, and is currently lying off the ICW of the East Coast Florida.
