Description:
My 1984 Landfall 35 "Providence" has been meticulously cared for and upgraded over the years and is a "turnkey" boat. With shoal draft of 4'6" she's set up for perfect bay cruising or a trip to the Islands, Asymmetrical Spinnaker, 3 sails, jib on a roller furler and much more.

She is a perfect boat for a couple or for family, or to single-hand, or shoal draft and ease of handling make her a prime choice.


Note: Working on prepping and applying clear varnish to deck woodwork, so expect a nice amber glow to all deck trimmings. She could use a decent chart plotter/Garmin, and other than that is boat needs nothing to take you on your next cruising adventure.

Equipment:
Add to that a wonderful list of equipment and a 27-HP Westerbeke 27 diesel. Two anchors with 10' chain rode each, with 200' and 100' of sturdy anchor rope respectively. New Sentry Charger Inverter, new batteries, and new bilge pump, w/auxiliary pump, and separate shower bilge pump.
