I'm selling my boat to buy a larger boat. Its in excellent condition. Everything is working. Its turnkey. Just get in and go, anywhere. In fact the captain that I bought it from had equipped it and prepared it for a long voyage to Brazil, where he has a vacation home. His daughter was diagnosed with Cancer and he had to sell to be with her. There are loads of extra parts for such a journey. Valuable to have! It has everything you need to go including full electronic setup with autopilot, solar power with 350 watts and 4 new batteries, davits for dinghy, maceration, ect...

Its a very comfortable cruiser. It sleeps 6. The woodwork is in good shape and the fabric is like new. It has a very comfortable cockpit with high backs for support and long enough to stretch out from either direction. It also has a nice wide dodger that connects to the bimini and creates a huge cozy shelter. It also has shore power, all electrical outlets work, it has marine AC 1600 btu with ducts. It also has a hot water heater.

The engine runs great. It has always started up immediately. Its got a yanmar 22hp, which get exceptional fuel consumption and is plenty for this boat, which has a displacement of 11,300 lbs. The boat sails great and turns on a dime. It has a fin keel with a skeg-mounted spade-type rudder. Its a fast boat nd doesn't need a lot of wind. See the link below for specs.

Its easy to single hand with all lines leading aft to the cockpit. It has a roller furled genoa, mainsail furler, and self tailing winches and an autopilot.

It's perfect for the river and the Bahamas, as it only has 4.4 foot draft.

Its currently used every weekend, which is good, as most of the boats for sale haven't been sailed in years, and things break after discontinued use.

Its cleaner than any of the larger boats that I have been looking at. The photos were just taken.
