35' Alberg 35

I am thinking about crossing over to the dark side and getting a trawler. Sadly, with a heavy heart, that means I am putting my beloved Hannah up for sale. She needs to go to a good home.

She was purchased in full working order several years ago and sailed down from South Carolina but has only left the slip once since then. In her current state, she does need freshening up and there is an issue with the thermostat housing on the diesel and I cant even locate the keys.

What she has:
Hot water heater
Pressurized water
Older instruments
Microwave
Refrigerator (not functioning)
Cushions are in great shape and interior is nice
Sails in serviceable condition
No spongy decks
Bottom has been maintained by a diver
2 new AGM batteries this year
New solar charge controller for solar panels
Dinghy davits
Central Air Condition and Heat
Bimini (nice condition with fully enclosed screen)
Dodger (older and needs cleaning)
Electric Windlass (not sure if working)
2 flat screen TVs
Macerating head
Shower
Dual bilge pumps

What she needs:
Deck paint
Inverter not working (possibly blown fuse?)
Diesel service including getting the thermostat housing squared away
New keys
Refrigerator thermostat needs replacement
Anchor chain locker needs a shelf

12k or will consider trade for something cool of equal value. Classic car or truck / travel trailer? Motorcycles arent my thing however.
