Description:
Mao Ta, 36 ft., 1981 sailboat
(similar to HC 36, Mariner Polaris 36, Union 36).

no engine but the orig engine was (Volvo MD-17C)

Almost all wiring & plumbing has been removed.
Teak deck has been stripped off due to excessive teak wear. Deck is sound (holes plugged with epoxy).
Bowsprit has been reworked and repainted. Mast and boom need overhaul and re-paint.
All bronze seacocks have been removed and serviced.
Teak interior is in good condition (there is a lot of teak).

If you are looking for a heavyweight (22,000lbs) project boat, designed for the open seas, then this is it.

It is currently USCG documented.
