ELECTRONICS: NEW 2019 Full B&G suite WITH 2x-Zeus Chart Plotters, 4G Radar, VHF w/AIS, DST sensors, iCom 802 SSB, Sirius Satellite weather (by subscription) and a new Pioneer Stereo w/sub. She also has a Raymarine wheel pilot.

DECK HARDWARE: New 2017-2019 Harken and Garhauer deck GEAR incl Harken deck organizers, Garhauer Rope clutches, Garhauer MB-2 Mainsheet traveller, Harken and Garhauer blocks. The SS handrails and track-mounted tri-fold ladder are new, also Andersen 40ST Sheet and Andersen 12ST halliard winches. The running rigging has also replaced.

GROUND TACKLE: NEW 2019 12v Lofrans Tigris Windlass with 275' of 5/16" HT chain backed with 125' of 3/4' 8-plait rode attached to a 25kg Rocna anchor. As a secondary, there is a 20kg Lewmar Delta Anchor with 75' of 3/8" BBB chain backed by 100' of 7/8" 3-strand. Power supplied by a separate battery bank shared with the engine. Foot pedals at the bow.

CANVAS: New 2019 Dodger with side and aft handrails for safety, S-glass panels are semi-rigid and won't haze or yellow and come with optional privacy covers. Matching Ladybug for the mains'l.

GALLEY: NEW 2017 Frig-o-Boat Fridge/freezer that works excellently and even keeps ice cream! Hillerange 3-burner propane stove with oven - propane lines replaced 2019, 2x NEW 20# Propane tanks installed 2019, NEW freshwater lines installed to replace ALL pre-existing freshwater supplies - drink from the tanks with confidence!! Also installed at the time was a selective fresh/salt water deck wash.

POWER: NEW 03/2020 420A/hr AGM house Battery bank and a 160A/hr Starter/Windlass bank, all cabling replaced was also replaced. At the same time, all lighting was changed for white/blue LED's. To charge it all, a 570w solar array installed with proper MPPT controller to keep an eye on it. A ProMariner 1230, 3-bank 120v charger was installed to handle shore-power needs and the 110v system was upgraded to run through a GFI.

SAILS: 2x Mains'l, 2x Genoa, Stays'l & Storm Stays'l, Spinnaker. Also a fixed spin pole plus a track-mounted whisker pole on the mast. Harken fuller. 2x single-line reef points. Rod Rigging.

HULL: (09/2020) Sanded down to gelcote then 4 coats of epoxy barrier coat plus 4 coats of VC Offshore Hard were painted on. Zincs replaced (May 1 2021)

DINGY: 2010 Titan AL-310 double-aluminum hulled dingy w/ 8hp 2-stroke Johnson outboard Dingy-Tow davit system for effortless towing!

Notes:
Staysail chainplate and running backstays are installed but bulkhead and tracks or padeyes are still needed before it can safely be used. Have parts and supplies!
