Description:
I have owned this boat for 30 years and sailed it through tornadoes and tropical storms. The boat is in sail away condition and in fact, I am sailing it this weekend. This 36
-4 shoal draft Mariner sailboat are one of the most durable kinds of blue water sailboat out there because of a thick lower hull, which never has had blisters.. The photo is from May 15, 2021

Equipment:
The engine is a 9hp Yanmar, which is reliable. It has a hot/cold running water system of 60 gallons, head, waste water tank, shore power, AC electric, running lights, two way VHF radio, dual battery system, an Edson pedestal wheel with a Marinco auto helm. We also have an air-conditioner jury rigged to fit into the companionway. The genoa is in very good condition, bought 2019, with Schaefer roller furling, furling line replaced 2019. The main sail is in fair condition. We also have a jib sail. When a winch leaked during the winter of 2019, we had the teak reconditioned. Almost the entire upper deck has had the balsa coring replaced (the one weakness of older sailboats). It sole major need is a good external paint job topside. I am selling this because my job takes me out of the area. I would like to find a good home for my fine maritime friend.
