2001 Cabo Rico 36 fresh out of a six month refit. Im retiring from the Navy this year and took a job in Denver, thus I have to sell the boat

Upgrades and work done:
1. Engine removed, overhauled, painted, looks and runs like new.
2. Brand new Mack Sails including Mack Pack.
3. New Canvas
4. New running rigging.
5. New Pro Furl headstay furler.
6. Completely replumbed, including new water heater.
7. Mast I stepped, new tricolor and reset.
8. Dripless shaft seal.
9. New Raymarine instruments.

Plus a ton more. Only thing left is to refinish teak.
